- List each field name and its value, one pair per line.
- Run the fill and check that every intended field shows the correct value in the preview.
- Download the flattened PDF; the fields are no longer editable in this exported copy.

Important limitations
- Field names must match the PDF's internal AcroForm names exactly.
- Static blanks, scanned forms and XFA-only forms are not ordinary AcroForm fields and cannot be filled by this workflow.
