Accepting these terms
By accessing or using MyFileNest, you agree to these terms and the Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or use the service with permission and supervision from a parent, guardian or authorized organization.
Using the service
You may use MyFileNest only with files you own or are authorized to process. Do not use the service for unlawful content, malware, harassment, infringement, automated abuse, security testing without written permission, attempts to bypass limits or activity that disrupts the service or other users.
File processing and your responsibility
Current file tools run in your browser. You are responsible for keeping original copies and reviewing every output before relying on it. Complex fonts, scanned pages, transparency, color profiles, damaged files, encryption or non-standard structures may produce different results or may not process successfully. MyFileNest is not a substitute for a certified archival, legal or professional document workflow.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for abuse, fraud, security violations or repeated breaches of these terms. You can request account deletion from Settings or contact support when you cannot sign in.
Free service and future paid features
The currently implemented browser tools are free. Paid checkout is not active and MyFileNest does not collect subscription payments today. If paid services are introduced, their price, renewal terms, included limits and cancellation rules will be shown before any purchase.
Intellectual property
You keep your rights in files and content you process. These terms do not give MyFileNest ownership of your documents. The MyFileNest site, branding, interface and original software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell or misrepresent the service as your own.
No professional advice
MyFileNest is a technical utility and does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Processing or editing a document does not verify its accuracy, authenticity, validity or fitness for a particular purpose.
Availability and changes
We aim for dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, limits and these terms may change as the product evolves or legal and security requirements change. Material updates will be dated on this page.
Warranty and liability limits
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. MyFileNest is not responsible for loss caused by failing to keep an original, using an unchecked output, device or browser failure, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
